You pay a once-off installation fee, and Fidelity ADT charges separately for the armed response, which we confirm on your quote. All packages are subject to a 36-month agreement. New customers only.
It depends on the system. The SecureHome Upgrade is R985, the SecureHome 16 Zone Upgrade is R1,999 and the ONYYX wireless system is R2,999. Installation on the free rental Basic System is quoted on your free site survey.
Fidelity ADT. Novis sells, installs and services the alarm system. The monitoring and the 24-hour armed response run through Fidelity ADT's control room, and the armed response is charged by them, which is why it is priced by your area.
